Because of our mortgage and commercial loan
licenses, we have the ability to
offer low interest, 'at par' rate what the bank (or investors)
offers for a
loan, and never marked up rates. We don't charge any 'junk fees' for
any items you see on the mortgage
forms(HUD statement or GFE- Good Faith Estimate), if there was an
expense incurred it will show, if not, it won't. We keep things simple.
We normally base my fee as 1% of the loan amount. It will most of the
time come
out to be cheaper for you. Please note that the lenders 'pass through'
fees would be additional fees.
